Turn on autofill

Autofill is available only on devices.
  1. Tap The menu icon > The Settings icon >
    Autofill
    .
  2. Select the
    Autofill from the BlackBerry Keyboard
    checkbox.
  3. Tap
    Open settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Password Keeper autofill
    .
  5. Turn on the switch.
  6. Tap
    OK
    .
  7. If prompted, enter your screen lock, and then tap
    Next
    . This turns off
    Secure start-up
    . To keep your device secure, turn it back on:
    1. Tap The Settings icon >
      Security
      >
      Screen lock
      .
    2. Enter your pattern, PIN, or password.
    3. Tap
      Pattern
      ,
      PIN
      , or
      Password
      .
    4. Select
      Require Pattern/PIN/Password to start device
      .
    5. Tap
      Continue
      >
      OK
      .
    6. Enter your pattern, PIN, or password, and then tap
      Continue
      .
    7. Enter your pattern, PIN, or password again, and then tap
      OK
      .

Turn on autofill for username and password fields

If your device is running 8.0 or later, you can use the autofill feature by tapping a username and password field in an app or website.
This feature might not be available for some web browsers.
  1. Tap The menu icon > The Settings icon >
    Autofill
    .
  2. Select the
    Autofill from a username or password field
    checkbox.
  3. Select
    Password Keeper autofill
    >
    OK
    .
  4. When you are using an app or website that has a saved username and password, tap on the field.
  5. If prompted, tap The Password Keeper locked icon or
    Tap to unlock
    . Enter your
    BlackBerry Password Keeper
    password.
  6. Tap on one of the suggested saved usernames and passwords.
  7. Tap
    Associate
    .
    Once associated, the username and password will be suggested the next time you tap on the field in an app or website.
