What is BlackBerry Enterprise Identity?
BlackBerry Enterprise Identity provides single sign-on cloud and SaaS services. These include BlackBerry Workspaces, Box, Workday, WebEx, Salesforce, G Suite, and many others. Administrators can also add custom services to Enterprise Identity.
Users can access services from any device they wish to use. Mobile phones or tablets, computers, web clients, and native platform clients are supported.
Administrators use BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry UEM Cloud, or recent versions of BES12, to add services, manage users, and add and manage additional administrators. This integration with BlackBerry UEM makes it easy to manage users and entitle them to access cloud services from their iOS, Android, and BlackBerry devices. Using BlackBerry UEM, cloud services and mobile app binaries can be bundled together and assigned to a user or group of users.
The following browsers are supported for administration: Internet Explorer 10 and 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Client use is supported on all the browsers above as well as native browsers on devices running BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2.1 or later, iOS 8 or later, and Android 4.0 or later.
