I can’t open Microsoft Office attachments
If you’re unable to open attachments and Microsoft Outlook 2013 is installed on your computer, Protected View might be turned on.
To change your Protected View settings:
- In Microsoft Outlook, click File > Options > Trust Center.
- Click Trust Center Settings.
- Click Protected View.
- Clear the Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet and Enabled Protected View for files located in potentially unsafe locations checkboxes.
